Welcome to Batch Video! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
“Batch Video” refers to our company, providing personalized video creation services.
“Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using our services.
“Services” refers to all video creation, personalization, and related offerings provided by Batch Video.
“Template” refers to the base video provided by the customer or created by Batch Video.
“Data Points” refers to the personalized elements within a video, such as names, images, or other unique information.
2. Services Overview
Batch Video specializes in creating personalized videos in bulk based on customer-provided or custom-created templates. Customers can choose from pre-made templates or order fully customized video projects. The final videos are delivered to the customer for their own distribution.
3. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website or an approved communication channel.
Payment must be made in full before work begins. Subscription plans will be billed on a recurring basis according to the selected tier.
Additional charges may apply for custom video templates, extra data points, expedited delivery, or special requests.
Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect active orders.
4. Templates & Data Submission
Customers must provide their own video template or request a custom template creation. Templates must meet our format requirements (MP4/MOV, proper resolution, etc.).
Customers must provide data in an organized format (CSV/Excel) with clearly labeled fields.
Batch Video is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data submissions.
By submitting data, customers confirm they have the legal right to use the provided information, including names, images, and any other personalized elements.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Customers will receive a preview or test video for approval before batch production begins.
Minor revisions (e.g., text corrections) are included; major changes requiring new templates or extensive modifications may incur additional costs.
Once final approval is given, Batch Video will proceed with rendering and delivery. Any changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee
6. Delivery & Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on the complexity of the order and the selected service tier.
Batch Video will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues) do not constitute a breach of agreement.
Final videos will be delivered via a secure download link or another agreed-upon method.
7. Usage & Licensing
Customers retain ownership of the final personalized videos but grant Batch Video the right to use non-confidential samples for marketing or portfolio purposes (unless otherwise agreed).
Customers are responsible for the appropriate and legal distribution of their videos. Batch Video is not liable for any misuse or unauthorized sharing.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, or modify the videos outside the agreed-upon usage.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once production has started.
Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.
Subscription cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
In cases of technical errors or failed delivery, Batch Video will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or offer a credit for future services.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
Batch Video is not responsible for the success or performance of videos once distributed by the customer.
We do not guarantee increased engagement, conversions, or any specific marketing outcomes.
Batch Video is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the videos.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Batch Video harmless against any claims related to copyright violations, data privacy breaches, or improper use of personalized videos.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
Batch Video values customer privacy and will not share customer data or project details without consent.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any provided data complies with privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
11. Modifications to Terms
Batch Video reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, but it is their responsibility to review updates periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
